Waimea will build multimodal terminal in Goleniów

A special purpose entity from the Waimea Holding group has signed a letter of intent with the management of the Szczecin-Goleniów Airport, concerning the purchase of property for the construction of the "Waimea Cargo Terminal Szczecin-Goleniów". The planned enterprise will entail the construction of a multimodal terminal with an area of approx. 5,000 sqm at the airport in Goleniów near Szczecin. Design of the investment, the cost of which has been estimated at 30 million PLN, has been prepared by City Architekci. According to schedule, the general contractor should be chosen in the 3rd quarter of this year, and the works should be finalized in the 2nd quarter of 2019. ■
