Trasko-Inwest will build for Wot-Invest „Galeria Kupiecka” in Otwock with sales area of 10,000 sqm

Trasko-Inwest has been chosen as the general contractor of the "Galeria Kupiecka" shopping-service center which Wot-Invest is going to build in the area of Staszica, Kupiecka and Andriollego streets in Otwock near Warsaw. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a sales area of approx. 10,000 sqm. The design of the investment was prepared by the Marka architectural workshop from Puławy, and Origo group and Patco Property are dealing with commercialization. Wot-Invest has personal ties to the companies J.R.T.W.M.-Krawczyk (which manages the Top market outlet on Matejki Street in Otwock) and Piekarnia Staropolska. We have informed in PREM that Mirbud and Strabag, among others, were also interested in obtaining the contract. ■
