Tarcon will carry out 2nd stage of logistics center in Targowisko

The consortium of Tarcon/Tarcon Invest is going to design and carry out the second stage of the Małopolski Logistics Park (MPL) in Targowisko in Kłaj commune (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in February of last year, will entail the construction of buildings with a total area of 25,500 sqm. The 1st stage of the investment concerns the construction of a hall with an area of approx. 12,000 sqm. The works should be finalized in March 2018. Let us recall that Tarcon was building the 1st part of the complex, consisting of a hall (approx. 28,000 sqm), together with the investor – Zasada Trans Spedition. ■
