Sun & Snow will build in cooperation with FBR Sowa aparthotel complex with ca. 130 units in Białka Tatrzańska

 Sun & Snow has begun selling holiday apartments on Grapa Street in Białka Tatrzańska (Małopolskie Province). Construction of the first stage of the investment, consisting of three buildings with 34 flats with a total usable area of over 1,100 sqm, is currently in progress. The buildings should be put to use this summer. Tatiana Kałużniacka, senior PR manager at Sun & Snow, has informed PREM that the whole complex is going to consist of 10 buildings of this type and an apart-hotel, with 131 residential units in total (approx. 5,400 sqm). The whole investment, designed by Proj-Inwest Wojciech Stryczula, should be finalized by the turn of 2019 and 2020. The role of general contractor has been entrusted to Firma Budowlano-Remontowa Michał Sowa (FBR Sowa) from Waksmund. ■
