SooN Architekci has designed shopping center in Skierniewice

RWS Investment Group is preparing the development of a property, located on Liska Street in Skierniewice (Łódzkie Province). A shopping-service center with a lease area of approx. 2,000 sqm and a cubature of 14,000 meters3 is going to be built on the basis of a design prepared by Adam Skrobisz from SooN Architekci. As we wrote some time ago, the tenants of the outlet – located near outlets operated by Tesco, Kaufland and McDonald's – are going to be entities offering clothing, household appliances; a drugstore and a media store are also going to be located there. ■
