Pro Art Konopka prepared concept of five-star hotel with area of 5,000 sqm in Kołobrzeg for Arkop

Pro Art Konopka has prepared a concept for the constructionof a five-star hotel on Morawskiego Street in Kołobrzeg for Arkop. According to documentation, the investment is going to entail construction of a complex with a usable area of 5,000 sqm, with a swimming pool and a recreation section on the roof and a spa center on the ground floor. A decision on the shape of the investment has not been made yet. The potential construction of holiday apartments is also being considered. ■
