Core Development will build hotel complex with 180 rooms in Kościelisko

By mid-2026, Core Development is planning to redevelop the "Salamandra" Military Holiday Resort complex on Salamandra Street in Kościelisko (Małopolskie Province). The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in January 2020, is going to entail the construction of "Hotel Salamandra" with 180 units and with extensive recreation and conference facilities. Design works are being carried out by Pracownia Kahl-Gaczorek and Bernatowicz Architektura. The investment is going to be carried out in collaboration with the Dobry Hotel group. ■
