Budimex will construcy, according to Studio Lisiak's design, „Polanka Milczańska” in Poznan with ca. 230 apartments

 Budimex Nieruchomości has commenced construction of the "Polanka Milczańska" multi-family residential building at 3 Milczańska Street in Poznań, near the Posnania shopping center. The 6-story building, with 232 flats, shopping-service space and an underground parking garage, will be carried out by the end of next year on the basis of documentation prepared by Studio Lisiak. Let us recall that the investor purchased the property for the investment, with an area of 0.7 ha, for 13.7 million PLN, as we reported two years ago. ■
