PHN is building residential complex with approx. 380 units in Łódź

A consortium created by the workshops Marek Rytych Architekt and 3Darchitekci z Wizją Jakub Krzysztofik & Partnerzy has won the tender procedure, organized by PHN (Polski Holding Nieruchomości) for the concept of a residential housing complex on Kusocińskiego Street in Łódź. The planned enterprise is going to consist of developing a property with an area of almost 2 ha. According to preliminary assumptions, a complex of 6-story outlets with a total of approx. 380 apartment units is going to be built there. 4Design Architekci i Inżynierowie also took part in the procedure. ■
