Pekabex is going to build shopping gallery in Świebodzin

Pekabex Bet has commenced the construction, commissioned by Hosso Holding, of a shopping gallery in Świebodzin (Lubuskie Province). Let us recall that the enterprise is going to consist of the development of a 2.5-ha lot on Słowiańska Street with an outlet with an area of 12,000 sqm, a cubature of almost 83,000 meters3, and with a parking lot for 400 vehicles. The complex, designed by Jacek Sudak from RDZ Architekten, is going to be put to use at the end of the first half of 2018. In October of last year we informed that "Eko-Janas" has been entrusted with carrying out ground works. ■
