Panattoni will build, in cooperation with Pekabex, a logistic center in Białymstok with area of over 40,000 sqm

Panattoni Europe has commenced the construction of a logistics center in the area of Produkcyjna, Aksamitna and Przędzalniana streets in Białystok (approx. 1 km from the S8 road), which we first announced in May of last year. The general contractor is going to be Pekabex. Works are scheduled to take until the turn of the third and fourth quarters of this year. The investment, designed by JSPS Piotr Szaciło, is going to consist of the construction of three outlets with a total area of over 40,600 sqm (approx. 22,300 sqm; 14,500 sqm and 3,800 sqm). ■
