Medusa is collaborating on subsequent stages of "Nowy Rynek" complex

Medusa Group is the author of architectural design, and Ultra Architects – of the development plan for the 3rd stage of the "Nowy Rynek" office complex which Skanska group is going to build in the area of Matyi, Wierzbięcice and Przemysłowa streets in Poznań. Let us recall that the concept of the investment has been prepared by JEMS Architekci, and documentation for the 1st and 2nd stages was prepared by Maćków. In August of this year we informed about the commencement of works on the first buildings (25,000 sqm). The whole investment, to be carried out on a 3.8-ha property, formerly occupied by a bus station, is going to entail putting to use 5 buildings with a total lease area of over 100,000 sqm. ■
