IDS-Bud will build for ca. PLN 100 million for BGK company a complex with over 500 flats in Katowice

IDS-Bud has acquired a contract concerning the contracting of a residential complex which BGK Nieruchomości is building in Katowice on Górniczego Dorobku Street (so-called Nowy Nikiszowiec). The contract, worth approx. 100 million PLN, concerns construction of a complex with 509 flats over a period of 30 months. As we reported in July of last year, the architectural design has been prepared by 22Architekci.
A multi-family residential complex is also planned on Korczaka Street in Katowice, as part of the "Mieszkanie Plus" ("Apartment Plus") program. It is going to consist of approx. 500 flats, designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates. In this case, the contracting tender should be issued in the middle of this year. ■
