Pekabex Bet is planning to build residential complex in Włocławek for 54.9 million PLN

Pekabex Bet was the only bidder in the tender procedure, conducted by Miejskie Budownictwo Mieszkaniowe (MBM), concerning the general contractorship of two multi-family buildings with 144 flats (usable area of 7,800 sqm) and a parking lot for approx. 160 vehicles on Celulozowa Street in Włocławek (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). The offer has a value of 54.9 million PLN gross, against the investor's budget of 49.7 million PLN. The task, based on a design by Euro-Projekt Grzegorz Latecki, is to be carried out over the period of 18 months. let us recall that in August 2020, Pekabex Bet, with the price of 71.2 million PLN gross, won a tender procedure, concerning the general contractorship of four buildings with 288 flats on Celulozowa Street. ■
