Hotelsberg is going to build hotel with 160 rooms in Gdańsk

Hotelsberg, company with ties to Landsberg, is going to purchase ten tenement houses located on 1-10 Długi Targ Street in Gdańsk, in the area of Mieszczańska, Ławnicza and Ogarna streets, for 49 million PLN from the Agency for Pomorze Development (ARP). The transaction pertains to buildings with a total area of 3,300 sqm, located on an over 0.4-ha property. The buildings will undergo revitalization and will be turned into a hotel complex with 60 raised-standards rooms. Construction of a new section with approx. 100 units is also planned in the next stage. Design of the investment is being prepared by KD Kozikowski Design. ■
