Planowana inwestycja

The Central Office of Measures (GUM) is applying for a subsidy for the construction of the 2nd stage of an office-research complex in Kielce. The value of the project has been estimated at approx. 180 million PLN. It will entail the construction of two new laboratories: the ionizing radiation laboratory and the electricity and magnetism laboratory. Let us recall that last year in July, we reported that Anna-Bud had submitted the best offer (104.8 million PLN) in a tender procedure concerning the general contracting of Świętokrzyski Laboratory Campus on the side of Hałasa Mountain near Wrzosowa Street in Kielce. The contract concerned construction of buildings with a total area of 15,600 sqm (usable area of 8,900 sqm) and a cubature of 82,800 meters3. The design of the investment has been developed by BDM Architekci. ■
