Golub GetHouse will build in Warsaw „Liberty Tower” with 230 rooms and 450 apartments for rent

Golub GetHouse has purchased from Liberty Development a land plot with area of app. 5,400 sqm, located in Warsaw at the junction of Żelazna and Grzybowska streets.According to preliminary assumtions, the lot will be designated for the construction of „Liberty Tower" building, 140 meters high, with a hotel with ca. 230 rooms and a residential part with approx. 450 apartments for rent. Currently an architectural contest is underway whose winner will be responsible for the concept of the investment. ■
