Atrium in cooperation with Mofo will expand Focus Mall in Bydgoszcz by over 6,000 sqm

Atrium European Real Estate, which manages Focus Mall on Jagiellońska Street in Bydgoszcz, is conducting preparations for increasing the size of the complex. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a new frontal section and the addition of a parking level with a total area of 6,100 sqm. Mofo Architekci is collaborating on the investment.
Let us recall that in September we informed about Atrium Poland signing a lease contract with Carrefour Polska. According to the agreement, the superstore is going to take up approx. 3,000 sqm and is going to replace the Alma delicatessen. The design was prepared by the Planco workshop, and the contractor is Ewex. In October 2014, we wrote that Atrium had purchased the Focus center in Bydgoszcz for over 500 mln PLN. The complex has a lease area of 41,000 sqm. ■
