Export Pack, Orbitvu and M-Tech will build for app. 40 million PLN mln zł factories on 4,6 hectares in Zabrze

Investment area

 On December 20, the company Export Pack Polska won a tender procedure for the purchase of a lot in the area of Salomona Isaaca and Alberta Borsiga streets in Zabrze (Śląskie Province), on the premises of the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The property, with an area of 2.3 ha and an estimated price of approx. 2.3 mln PLN, is going to be used for the construction of a plant producing transport packaging, which is going to employ at least 25 people. The investment is going to cost at least 17 mln PLN. Works on the investment are scheduled to begin in the spring.
Meanwhile, last week the Orbitvu Company from Tarnowskie Góry, offering almost 1.4 mln PLN, won a tender procedure for the sale of a property with an area of 1.3 ha, located in the Zabrze sub-zone. The construction of a factory producing devices for automatic product photography is planned there in 2019. The investment is going to cost 12 mln PLN and is going to create over
80 new jobs.
Additionally, a tender for the almost 1-ha parcel on Redena Street was also solved last week. The buyer of the parcel, for approx. 1 mln PLN, is going to be M-Tech,
a company which deals with LED technologies for the automobile industry and agriculture. By 2020, M-Tech is going to carry out an investment worth 7-8 mln PLN and is going to create at least 20 new workplaces. ■
