DL Invest commences construction of warehouse center with total area of ca. 100,000 sqm n. Sędziszów Małop.

In the upcoming days, DL Invest Group, as the developer and general contractor, is going to begin works on the construction of the "DL Invest Park Sędziszów" logistics center in Borek Wielki in Sędziszów Małopolski commune (Podkarpackie Province), in the area of Króla Kazimierza Jagiellończyka Street, near the junction of the A4 motorway. The entire complex is going to have an area of approx. 100,000 sqm. The first stage, which is to be finalized on the turn of the 3rd and 4th quarters of next year, is going to entail the construction of a warehouse with an area of tens of thousands sqm for the German company SaarGummi, supplier of rubber and thermoplastic seals for the motor industry. As we reported in May, design works were carried out in collaboration with Biuro Architektoniczne Jarosław Łukasiewicz. ■
