Erbud wants to build medical complex for 187 mln PLN gross

Erbud (187 mln PLN gross), Warbud (203.4 mln PLN), Mostostal Warszawa/Acciona Construcction (206.4 mln PLN) and Budimex (206.6 mln PLN) have submitted bids in the tender procedure organized by the Gdańsk Medical University (GUM) for the contractorship of the second stage of the Non-Invasive Medicine Center on Smoluchowskiego Street in Gdańsk. The order, pertaining to the construction of an outlet with a total area of 31,700 sqm and a cubature of 141,000 meters3, is scheduled to be completed within 27 months. Documentation of the investment was prepared by Arch-Deco. ■
