Eksa will carry out for Royal Mill an office complex with cubature 23,000 meters³ in Łódź

 Eksa company has become the contractor of an office complex which Royal Mill Investment Group is going to build at 77 Targowa Street in Łódź. Let us recall that the complex with a cubature of over 23,000 meters3 is going to undergo renovation as part of revitalization of a historic complex. Design works have been entrusted to architect Roman Staszewski, who represents the company Staszewscy Ziółkowscy Architekci (SZA). The investment is also going to entail the construction of a three-story tenement house, designed by the Draft workshop.
According to court registry, Royal Mill Investment Group has personal ties to Grupa Pietrucha. ■
