Doraco offers to build cultural center for 30,8 million PLN

Kołbaskowo Commune Office (Zachodniopomorskie Province) announced that Korporacja Budowlana Doraco was the only bidder in a tender concerning the contracting of the Communal Cultural Center (GOK) in Przecław, offering a price of 30.8 million PLN gross. As the ordering party's budget was set at 23 million PLN, the procedure was annulled. The investment pertains to the main building with a total area of 3,000 sqm and a tennis hall (1,300 sqm). ■
