Bud Rem is going to build retail park in Sokółka

Bud Rem is the general contractor of the "Sokół" complex, which BJ Nieruchomości is going to open in the area of Kryńska and Jana Pawła II streets in Sokółka (Podlaskie Province). The enterprise, which we first mentioned in October of last year, is going to consist of the opening of a shopping center with a retail area of approx. 3,000 sqm (cubature of 20,000 meters³). Krzysztof Brański, representing AMM Architectural Studio, is responsible for designing the outlet, and Origo Group is handling commercialization. ■
