Vantage is preparing next stage (47,000 meters³) of office-service complex in Warsaw in collaboration with Juvenes

In January, a subsidiary of Vantage Data Centers (VDC) applied for a construction permit for the next stage of an office- and IT center complex in the area of Zgrupowania AK "Kampinos" and Kasprowicza streets in Warsaw-Bielany. The enterprise, to be carried out on a property with an area of 3.7 hectares, is going to entail the construction of buildings with a cubature of approx. 47,000 meters³. The architectural partner is Juvenes Projekt (Iwona Moniewska). Let us recall that the general contractor on the first stage (3,300 sqm) was PORR. The reinforced concrete structure was carried out by Budizol. The entire project concerns construction of a complex with gross area of 50,000 sqm and net IT area of 21,000 sqm. ■
