Profit Development applied for construction permit for residential complex with cubature of 77,000 m3 in Łódź

Profit Development has recently applied for a construction permit for a multi-family residential building in the area of Traktorowa and Cedry streets in Łódź. The building, designed by the local architectural office Studio M Michał Pisarski, is going to have a cubature of over 77,000 meters³. As we reported a year ago, Profit Development had previously applied for a construction permit for a building with a cubature of approx. 38,600 meters³, also based on a design by Studio M, in the vicinity. The company has so far erected five buildings with over 600 flats in total on adjoining lots. ■
