5th Avenue is planning construction of housing complex

5th Avenue Holding is preparing the construction of the "Gold Residence" multi-family housing complex on Pieńkowskiego Street in Warsaw-Mokotów. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of two 6-story buildings, with 164 apartment units and shops and services on the ground floor. A 2-level garage is going to be located in the underground section. Construction works, based on documentation prepared by JIM Studio, are going to begin this year and are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019. ■
