Unibep will build over 180 flats in Warsaw for 108 million PLN for Okam

Unibep has signed a contract with a subsidiary of Okam Capital concerning the general contracting of stage DE of a residential complex on Szwedzka Street in Warsaw. The enterprise will entail the construction of four buildings with 181 flats, 23 commercial units, and an underground parking garage for 530 vehicles. The works, worth 108 million PLN net should be finalized in the 3rd quarter of 2024. ■
