Keller is conducting works on construction of Craft office building with area of 26,700 sqm in Katowice

Ghelamco, as the investor and general contractor, has commenced construction of the Craft office building in the area of Chorzowska and Ściegiennego streets in Katowice. The ground works (diaphragm walls are being carried out by Keller. According to our findings from November of last year, the design was developed by Czora&Czora. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with 26,700 sqm of office space, with a two-level underground parking garage for 218 vehicles. Let us recall that in August 2016, we reported that the developer had purchased a lot opposite Silesia City Center. Originally, the lot was going to be developed by Louvre Warimpex Development. In September 2010, we wrote about the plans of opening hotels (Campanile and Première Classe) with approx. 200 rooms with an area of approx. 8,000 sqm on Chorzowska Street. ■
