NDI will construct for Develia “Prestovia House” residential complex with 162 flats in Warsaw

NDI has been chosen as the general contractor of the "Prestovia House" investment, which Develia is going to carry out on Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw. The enterprise, to be carried out by the 4th quarter of 2022, is going to entail the construction of a building with 162 flats. Let us recall that last year in July, we reported that SK Architekci had been collaborating with the investor on preparations for the enterprise, and in November 2019, we wrote that Develia had purchased the perpetual usufruct rights to a property with an area of 0.5 hectare on Jagiellońska Street. ■
