Oak Property will construct, according to design by Q2 Studio's a condo-hotel complex with 270 units near Jelenia Góra

Oak Property is going to build the "Karkonosze Springs" condo-hotel complex in Staniszów (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with approx. 270 flats in total, including nine villa-type buildings (206 apartments) and a hotel section with 64 rooms. The complex will also include conference facilities, a restaurant, ski room and bicycle storage, spa, and a complex of thermal swimming pools. The design of the complex has been developed by Q2 Studio. The investment is scheduled to be finalized in 2023. ■
