JMF commences construction of retail park with lease area of 2,500 sqm in Radomsko for Adept Investment

JMF has commenced the construction of a retail park in the area of Prymasa Wyszyńskiego, Fabianiego and Tysiąclecia streets in Radomsko (Łódzkie Province) for Adept Investment. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by BM Architekci Marcin Burek Marcin Mańkowski, will entail the construction of a retail park with a lease area of 2,500 sqm on a 0.8-ha lot, formerly occupied by a hospital. The complex, whose main tenant is going to be the Aldi supermarket, is scheduled to be put to use this December. ■
