Genesis Property will build shopping center in Gostyń according to design by Rega

Genesis Property is preparing construction of a retail park at Józefa Zeidlera roundabout in Gostyń (Wielkopolskie Province), at the intersection of Leszczyńska and Zachodnia streets. The complex, which will be carried out on an over 3-ha property, is going to comprise three buildings with a total lease area of over 9,800 sqm. It is scheduled to open in the 1st quarter of 2024. Rega Projekt is responsible for the architectural design, and general contractor has not been chosen at this time. ■
