NIFC is seeking contract engineer for construction of music center

The Fryderyk Chopin Institute (NIFC) has issued a tender procedure concerning the role of Contract Engineer during the construction of the International Music Center in Żelazowa Wola (Mazowieckie Province). The planned complex, with an area of approx. 9,000 sqm, is going to include: a concert hall for approx. 650 spectators, with a stage for a 100-piece orchestra and with technical premises, as well as music practice room, classrooms, chamber music room, conference room, as well as a recording studio, control rooms, wardrobes, and auxiliary premises: foyer, hallways, catering and restaurant areas, office spaces, and an underground parking garage. Let us recall that Stelmach i Partnerzy won a contest concerning the development of a concept for the investment. Offers (no deposit required) will be collected through April 21. The contract is expected to be carried out by July 31, 2031. ■
