AMW is preparing construction of multi-functional complex

Polish Naval Academy of the Heroes of Westerplatte (AMW – Akademia Marynarki Wojennej im. Bohaterów Westerplatte) has issued a tender procedure concerning investor's supervision over the construction of a multi-functional building at 69 Śmidowicza Street in Gdynia. Let us recall that in PREM 1038, we reported that Kowalski Architekci had won the contest concerning development of a concept of a building with a usable area of up to 14,000 sqm and a cubature of up to 50,000 meters³, including a research-teaching section and a student hotel for 250 people. Offers with a deposit of 40,000 PLN will be collected through May 10. The investment is to be carried out over a period of 32 months (2 years and 8 months). ■
