Cavu Architekci prepares concept of office complex with lease area of 34,000 sqm in Kraków

Cavu Architekci has developed a concept for an office park at 8 Mierzeja Wiślana Street in Kraków, near Bagrowa Street. The enterprise concerns construction of 6 buildings with a lease area of 34,000 sqm. Instal Kraków has also conducted environmental evaluation for the construction of a residential complex with a total area of 46,000 sqm, the preliminary design of which was also developed by Cavu, for this property with an area of approx. 5 hectares. ■
