FineTech will build for Zeitgeist apartment complex with total area of over 10,000 sqm in Warsaw

FineTech Construction has signed a contract with Zeitgeist Asset Management for the revitalization of a historic tenement house at 1 Wrzesińska Street in Warsaw, along with the extension with a new building. The enterprise is going entail building a complex with a total area of 10,300 sqm and a usable area of 5,300 sqm. The apartments will be available for lease; a service section is also planned on the ground floor. The works are scheduled to be finalized in June 2022.
Let us recall that last year in July, we reported that Zeitgeist had been planning an investment at 2 Wrzesińska Street, at the intersection with Kępna Street, near the Port Praski area. The enterprise is to entail works on a partly developed lot with an area of over 1,500 sqm. The existing tenement house will undergo a thorough renovation, and a new building with a cubature of 29,700 meters³. The complex is to comprise 107 apartments for lease. ■
