Erbud offers to carry out office building

The Warsaw Police Headquarters (KSP) announced that they received 17 offers in a tender procedure, with the budget of 47.3 million PLN gross, concerning the general contracting of the new headquarters of the District Police Headquarters (KPP) at 42 Łupińskiego Street in Mińsk Mazowiecki. The lowest price (27.7 million PLN gross) has been offered by Erbud, with the next lowest offers being submitted by: Kartel (29.4 million PLN), SKB (31.7 million PLN), Mirbud (32.3 million PLN), Budimex (32.8 million PLN), Anna-Bud (33.5 million PLN), and Remex (33.6 million PLN). The investment will entail the development of a lot with an area of 1.3 ha, along with the construction of an office building with a usable area of approx. 4,000 sqm. The works, based on a design developed by WK Architekci from Swarzędz, are to be carried out over a period of 30 months. ■
