Atal is going to build residential complex
Atal is commencing construction of the Osiedle Poematu residential complex on Poematu Street in Warsaw-Wawer. The 1st stage of the investment is going to entail the construction of two 6-story buildings with a total of 163 flats sized 37-118 sqm each. FS&P Arcus is responsible for developing the design. The investment is to be put to use in the 2nd quarter of 2023. ■
