Technopark is preparing construction of office building on 1.3 hectares of land in Gliwice

Park Naukowo-Technologiczny Technopark Gliwice (Technopark Gliwice Park of Science and Technology) is planning construction of the fourth office building at the complex in the area of 27 Wincentego Pola Street in Gliwice. The building is going to be located on a property with an area of approx. 1.3 ha, located in the vicinity of the existing buildings. Preparations are being carried out in collaboration with Architekt Małgorzata Malanowicz-Pęczak. Let us recall that in October 2020, we reported that LK Inwest offered the lowest price (6.7 million PLN) in the tender procedure, concerning the contractorship of the third office building with an area of 1,400 sqm at the Technopark Gliwice Park of Science and Technology. The design has been developed by Constructor. ■
