GJ awaits decisions on increasing its area

Galeria Jurajska (GJ) shopping center, owned by GTC and located in the area of Strażacka, Wojska Polskiego and Krakowska streets in Częstochowa (Śląskie Province), awaits building development conditions for a new building in its immediate vicinity. The plans concern construction of a 3-story building with a development area of 3,200 sqm and a lease area of 6,800 sqm, with an additional 120 parking spaces. As we reported in PREM 869 in January 2017, five years ago GTC was considering the possibility of extending Galeria Jurajska by 11,300 sqm. Development of the preliminary concept of the investment was entrusted to Grupa Verso at the time. ■
