Cordia will commence this year construction of residental complex withh 215 flats in Gdańsk

Cordia has placed the 1st stage of the "Villa Jaśkowa Dolina" residential complex, planned at 85 Jaśkowa Dolina Street in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz, on the market. This part of the investment, designed by MS 15 Architektura, is going to entail the construction of 5 buildings with a total of 97 flats with usable areas of 31-154 sqm each. The second stage will entail construction of 4 buildings with 118 flats sized 34-129 sqm each. The works are to commence this November, and the 1st and 2nd stages of the complex are scheduled to be put to use in the 1st and 3rd quarters of 2022, respectively. ■
