ZRB Budrem is going to build shopping center with area of 8,000 sqm in Nowa Sól

ZRB Budrem is the general contractor of a retail-service complex which Grupa Saller is going to build in Nowa Sól (Lubuskie Province), in the area of dr Tadeusza Pietka Roundabout, near the S3 expressway. Let us recall that the enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a final area of almost 8,000 sqm, including a building with an area of 3,300 sqm in the first stage and a building with an area of over 4,500 sqm in the second stage (housing 15 retail outlets). There is also going to be a parking lot for 150 vehicles. Let us recall that in March of this year, we informed about the purchase by Saller for over 5.3 mln PLN of a property with an area of 1.2 ha. In 2013, Saller entrusted Trasko Inwest with the contracting in Nowa Sól of a retail park, designed by the R2 workshop, with a lease area of approx. 8,000 sqm on Staszica Street in Nowa Sól. ■
