Adamietz will build in Lubrza n. Prudnik "Premium Park” shopping mall with gla of 11,000 sqm

Several days ago, Fortis Investments entrusted Adamietz with the general contracting of the "Premium Park" retail-service complex in Lubrza near Prudnik (Opolskie Province). The investment is going to be located at the intersection of National Road Number 40 and Provincial Road Number 414, near Polna Street, and it is going to consist of the construction of a complex with a lease area of approx. 11,000 sqm and a parking lot for 500 vehicles. The services of, among others, the AOS workshop, were used during the design stage. The outlet is going to house 20-25 outlets, including a Biedronka outlet (1,200 sqm), and outlets of Pepco, Martes Sport, Neonet, CCC, Rossmann and Deichmann. A "home and garden" outlet is also planned. ■
